Why PIPexpert Exists

Every year, more than half of new PIP claims are refused. Not because claimants don't qualify, but because they don't know how to describe their difficulties using the language the DWP needs to hear. People write "I struggle sometimes" when they should be explaining that they cannot perform an activity safely, repeatedly, to an acceptable standard or in a reasonable time period.

PIPexpert was created to solve this problem. We help people translate their daily reality into the specific, descriptor-matched language that PIP assessors use to score claims. The result is a stronger, more complete application that accurately reflects how your conditions affect you.

What We Do

PIPexpert provides personalised, activity-by-activity guidance for your PIP2 form. You tell us your conditions and how they affect your daily life. We generate a detailed report covering all 12 PIP activities, showing you exactly which descriptors apply, what language to use, what evidence to gather and how to prepare for your assessment.

Our Done For You package goes further, providing fully written PIP2 answers you can use directly on your form, plus assessment preparation Q&A, a GP letter template and an evidence checklist.

How It Works

PIPexpert was built by developers and welfare policy researchers who studied the Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) Regulations 2013 - the same legal framework that DWP assessors use to score your claim. Our system analyses your specific conditions against each of the 12 PIP activities and their descriptors, applying the four reliability criteria (safely, repeatedly, to an acceptable standard, in a reasonable time) to generate personalised guidance.

Every recommendation is grounded in the official PIP descriptor framework. We don't guess or generalise. Your report is unique to the conditions and circumstances you describe.
