These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PIPexpert website at www.pipexpert.co.uk ("the Service") operated by PIPexpert ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Provide

PIPexpert provides personalised guidance to help you describe your health conditions on Personal Independence Payment (PIP) forms. Our products include:

• Free Preview - a free sample of personalised guidance for one PIP activity
• Full Report (£49.99) - personalised guidance for all 12 PIP activities
• Done For You (£99.99) - fully written PIP2 answers, assessment preparation and supporting materials
• Mandatory Reconsideration Pack (£149.99) - everything in Done For You plus materials to challenge a PIP decision
• Carer's Allowance Pack (£9.99) - after our free Carer's Allowance check, a personal claim pack for the carer: a covering letter asking for the claim to be backdated, the start date to put on the claim (and the claim-by date when the benefit was awarded in the last 3 months), the carer's earnings set against the limit and the effect on other benefits (England, Wales and Northern Ireland)

All prices are one-off payments in GBP. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

2. Important Disclaimer

PIPexpert provides guidance only and does not constitute legal, medical or benefits advice. We are not a law firm, not a registered charity and not affiliated with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Our guidance is based on the Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) Regulations 2013 and publicly available DWP assessment criteria. However, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome for your PIP claim. The decision on your PIP entitlement rests solely with the DWP.

If you need formal legal advice about your PIP claim, we recommend contacting Citizens Advice, a welfare rights adviser or a solicitor specialising in benefits law.

3. How Our Service Works

You provide information about your health conditions and how they affect your daily life. This information is processed by our system to generate personalised guidance matched to the official PIP descriptor framework.

Your report is generated instantly after payment and can be downloaded as a PDF. The guidance is unique to the information you provide.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your health conditions
• Use our guidance to accurately describe your genuine difficulties - not to exaggerate or fabricate symptoms
• Review and adjust the generated guidance to match your actual experience before submitting it to the DWP
• Not redistribute, resell or share your report with others for commercial purposes

5. Payment and Delivery

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Upon successful payment, your report is generated and made available for download immediately.

6. Refund Policy

Because our reports are personalised digital products generated instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been generated and made available to you. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which allow an exception to the 14-day cooling-off period for digital content that has been accessed.

However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report (e.g. payment taken but report not generated), please contact us at support@pipexpert.co.uk and we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

7. Data and Privacy

The health information you provide is special category personal data under Article 9 UK GDPR. We process it under Article 9(2)(a) - explicit consent - which you give by ticking the consent box before generating a report. The input you submit (conditions and description) is not retained on our application servers after the report is generated. Generated reports delivered by email remain in our Zoho mailbox until you ask us to delete them. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by emailing support@pipexpert.co.uk.

8. Intellectual Property

The PIPexpert website, branding and underlying technology are our intellectual property. Your generated report is for your personal use in connection with your PIP claim. You may share it with advisers, support workers or family members helping you with your claim.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for the outcome of your PIP claim
• We are not liable for any decisions made by the DWP based on information in your report
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the product

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
